My name is Lee Moss and I am a Nottingham based Personal Trainer. I have worked with a wide range of clients through all walks of life, from stay at home mothers, busy executives and teenagers. I have helped many individuals to achieve their ideal shape and confidence in their daily live's.
I am dedicated to achieve the best results for my clients. I enjoy designing personalised training plans that take into account each client's unique lifestyle and underlying health conditions.
My focus is empowering each client with the knowledge of the correct technique to unlock the correct muscles at the right time with the right method.
